Your tax-deductible contribution of of $25, $50, $100, $250, $500 or more provides us with the ability to continue with our mission to serve our patients and our community.
 
When you send in your gift please submit the donor names you would like acknowledged, or if you are giving "IN HONOR OF" of "IN MEMORY OF".

These are just suggested gift levels; we appreciate any amount that you are able to give. 
 
100% of your donation stays right here in Hawai`i.
 
We accept checks, money orders, and credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express), as well as in-kind donations.
 
Your donation to Lupus Hawaii is tax-deductible to the extent of the law.

2008 Combined Federal Campaign
 
All federal employees (including civilian, postal, and military positions) are eligible to donate to us through the Combined Federal Campaign.  The campaign runs from September 1 through December 15.
 
Please consider Lupus Hawai`i as one of your selected charities when the designation forms are distributed this fall.  We will post our CFC number as soon as we know it.  We also will be included in the charity list.  Mahalo!

During the month of September, donate to Lupus Hawai`i at checkout at any Foodland or Sack N Save location statewide.  Please note the following:
 
- Foodland and the Western Union Foundation will match a portion of your donation.
- You must use a Maika`i Card when donating.  Donations made without a card will not be matched.
- You may donate up for $249 per person, per organization.  Donations over $249 will not be matched.
- Donations can be made by cash, check, or credit card.
- Donor names will not be released to us.
- Donations are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
- Your receipt will be the only record of your donation.
