Your tax-deductible contribution of of $25, $50, $100, $250, $500 or more provides us with the ability to continue with our mission to serve our patients and our community. When you send in your gift please submit the donor names you would like acknowledged, or if you are giving "IN HONOR OF" of "IN MEMORY OF". (If you choose to use this option, we will be honored to print this in the newsletter (if you wish), otherwise all other donations will not be printed to respect their privacy and send them a card to let the family know of your generosity (unless you specify otherwise).
